Description: Dave Duncan Oakland Athletics professional model batting helmet c.1967-68. Painted yellow hard shell helmet having a green "A" on the front. Interior retains its original American Baseball Cap mfg. label with vintage "10" written in black marker under the bill. The helmet exhibits heavy usage and appears to have been a Kansas City A's helmet which subsequently was painted yellow and then used once the team moved to Oakland. Signed on the front of the bill, "Dave Duncan My 1968 Helmet". Heavy use throughout with a crack to the back edge.
