Description: Willie Mays San Francisco Giants professional model Old Timers/Coaches model jersey c.1985. Grey knit jersey as issued to Willie Mays for use as Old Timers/Coaches purposes. The shirt retains its original "SF" logo on the front with "Mays" nameplate on the reverse above #24. Wilson mfg. label is affixed to the tail front along with "6 85" chain stitched strip tag. Remnants of the original #6 are visible on the back along with vestiges of the original nameplate as the jersey was altered by the Giants for issue to Mays. Desirable Mays worn uniform piece with excellent display qualities. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions and letter of provenance from Chili Davis: EXEstimated Price Range: ($1,500-$2,500)
