Description: "Bull Durham" figural bronze advertising statue by Isadore Jules Bonheur c.1890s. Beautifully crafted bronze over plaster figural statue depicts the now famed Bull Durham trademark "standing bull". The statue is positioned atop an elongated base with repeating raised lettering on all four sides. Signed by noted artist Isadore Jules Bonheur (French, 1827 - 1901) who was widely regarded for his execution of various statues.
