Period black and white 8"x10" photograph c.1920s-30s is signed on the front by Collins in vintage blue fountain pen rating a resounding 10 out of 10. Very minor wear confined to corners/edges is mentioned for the sake of accuracy. Includes Aug. 29, 1949 autograph request letter sent by Howard Muller with handwritten response at the bottom, "Sure, send it along, ET Collins." The pairing's eye appeal cannot be overstated with the signature spanning the majority of the image and displaying brilliant contrast. Collins signed photographs are of notable rarity and the offered is absolutely the finest to come to market in many years.
