Description: George Brett professional model baseball bat c.1977-79. Ffine example from one of the premier batsman of the era. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 34 1/2" long and weighs 32.4oz. The bat displays excellent use including ball marks, stitching impressions, rack marks, pine tar residue on the handle, and unique 'grip ring' handle tape. Vintage "5" is written in black marker on the knob end and also on the end of the barrel (faded). Model #T85 is stamped on the barrel end just above the Brett facsimile signature.
