Description: 1886 figural baseball trophy by Pairpoint. Exceptional 19th century figural display piece by noted New York silversmith firm Pairpoint has three ring decorated crossed bats positioned atop a silverplated plinth with baseball base and ball ornaments. Inscribed on front and back edges of the base, "First Prize Base Ball" and "Brookline July 5th, 1886". Marked with Pairpoint Mfg.
