Description: Jerry Rice San Francisco 49ers professional model cleats. Nike white leather cleats with red trim were worn by Hall of Fame receiver Jerry Rice. The cleats show evident use and each has "80" written in period black marker on the back of the heel area. Small #80 is also scratched onto the side of one cleat. Includes a letter of provenance detailing the acquisition of the shoes directly from the San Francisco 49ers though a donation to the San Francisco City College.
