Description: Rare Chicago Charities College All-Stars game used helmet c.1970s. Riddell pro model TK2 helmet has three red star shaped decals on both panels with a central blue stripe. Interior suspension padding remains intact with evident wear throughout including some 'lifting' to a few edges of the decals. Rare and desirable vintage helmet was used in the College All-Star series which dates back to the 1940s pitting the best College players against professional star players. The series ended in the late 1970s due to NFL owners not wishing to risk the safety of their star players for exhibition games.
