Description: 1951 Bowman Mickey Mantle #253 rookie card. Desirable rookie issue of Mantle shows every attribute of a NM card including flawless registration and printing, strong original color, near flawless centering and minimal corner or surface wear. The extremely subtle fault of a small crescent shaped surface crease through the black bar bearing Mantle's name primarily accounts for the low technical grade that belies the cards superb visual qualities.
