Pitcher Cicotte is seated to the right of the attributed deviant, Buck Weaver, who was credited with having organized the scandal to throw the 1919 World Series. Following orders, Eddie Cicotte hit the first batsman of the Series in Game #1 to signal that the "fix was on". The matte finish image measures 3 3/4"x4 1/2" retaining very fine image quality and contrast. A few typical minor surface wrinkles are evident.
