Description: 1946-49 St. Louis Browns professional model cap. White wool home cap features the classic embroidered interlocking "StL" logo on the front in orange. Rawlings manufacturer's tag appears stitched on the inside headband. The uniform number "22" is written on the underside of the brown bill in black marker. Evidence of moderate soiling and usage wear are apparent throughout, with some scattered areas of insect damage affecting the top side of the bill only. Scarce four-year style cap.
