Description: 1961 Chicago Cubs autographed baseball with original hand painted decoration by George Sosnak. Clear coated Harridge AL ball features two hand painted decorative panels by noted folk artist George Sosnak. One panel pictures a game scene graphic with a Cubs player while the other bears the Cubs logo and Wrigley Field decor. Additionally, the ball has been signed by (24) players incl. Banks, Williams, Santo, Ashburn, and Ken Hubbs, who was tragically killed in a plane crash in 1964 at the age of 23 after winning the American League Rookie of the Year award.
