Description: Unique "Green River Whiskey" baseball advertising poster c.1930s. Large colorful cardboard sign measuring 22"x35" matted and framed depicts a superimposed baseball player graphic standing with a bottle of Green River Whiskey. Baseball stadium graphics provide a pleasing background with desirable vignette at bottom left, "Now at The Lowest Price Since Repeal" in reference to the prohibition of liquor in the United States from 1920 to 1933. Condition is very strong with notably vibrant original colors. Exhibits a small corner chip at lower left and possibly at the top corners (not visible under current matting).
