Description: Babe Ruth autographed photograph c.1947. Sepia tone 3 1/2"x5 1/2" image of Ruth batting is signed boldly at the top left corner in blue ink rating 9/10 out of 10. A piece of clear tape was applied in the period over the signature and has nicely preserved the autograph. Photo was signed by Ruth for a fan request, which is referenced within a letter sent by Ruth (see lot 406).
