Description: Earle Combs single signed baseball. Off-white DeBeer brand "Official Little League" baseball is signed across the sweet spot by Earle Combs in black ink. Signature rates 8 out of 10. Ball itself shows minimal soiling and very light evidence of handling. Scarce high-grade single from this former centerfielder and leadoff hitter for the famed New York Yankee "Murderers Row" lineup of the late 1920's and early 1930's. Combs was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1970 and passed away in 1976. Includes LOA from JSA: NM-NM/MTEstimated Price Range: ($1,500-$2,000)
