Description: Orlando Cepeda professional model baseball bat c.1966. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35 1/2" long and weighs 36.2oz. Bat shows evident use including ball marks, stitching impressions, and cleat marks. Model #K44 is stamped on knob end along with vintage "28" written in black marker and repeated on the barrel end. Vintage date of "1966" is written in period black marker on the barrel which could be removed if so desired. A few tiny mount display holes on the underside of the bat have been professionally restored and are noted for accuracy only.
