Description: Exceptional 1870 baseball trophy bat. Stunning rosewood bat measuring 38" in length and weighing 48oz. has a silverplated end cap with crossed bats and ball decoration at the center area. "The Champion Bat 1870" is engraved onto a silverplated cross symbol as well. Both length and weight are stamped (original to its manufacture) onto the end of the small termination style knob. The bat remains in a fine state of preservation with a few areas of very minor surface wear: EX-EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($4,000-$5,000)
