Description: 1992 Michael Jordan USA Olympic Basketball Team Identification badge. Original laminated identification badge was issued to Michael Jordan for the 1992 Olympics held in Barcelona, Spain. The laminated badge measuring 2"x3 1/2" features an image of Jordan and has been signed in blue ink. Retains its original metal necklace. The 1992 USA Olympic basketball team is almost universally accepted as the finest single assemblage of players in the history of the sport. Ten of the twelve team members were named to the NBA's 50 greatest players list with the team capturing the gold medal at the 1992 Olympic Games. The team's dominance was such that coach John Daly did not call for a single time out during the entire tournament.
