Player quality (not worn) jersey manufactured by Descente features ôUSAö lettering screened on the front and JordanÆs number ô9ö screened on the front and back. Descente logo appears screened on the upper right breast. Two Descente hang tags appear in the collar including size ô44ö. Jersey shows no evident use. At the age of 21, Michael Jordan led the 1984 U.S. basketball team in scoring with an average of 17.1 points per game en route to the gold medal. The 1984 Olympics gave Michael Jordan an international stage to demonstrate the skills and competitiveness that would ultimately make him the biggest basketball star in the world.
