Description: Original lineup card from David Wells' Perfect Game on May 17, 1998. Dugout lineup card for the Minnesota Twins originates from the game played against the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium on May 17, 1998. On that day, Yankees pitcher David Wells delivered the ultimate pitching performance, throwing the first NY Yankees perfect game since Don Larsen did it in the 1956 World Series. Lineup card is dated at the top "5-17-98" and is completely executed with handwritten lineups. Twins manager Tom Kelly has signed the back with added inscription "To Kate, Many best wishes & all the luck" and "'87-'91 World Champs". Signature and inscription rate 6 out of 10. The score card has suffered some water damage which has affected the inscription slightly. Includes LOA from JSA: VG w/ note to water damageEstimated Price Range: ($500-$750)
