Road grey knit shirt features Chicago lettering on front with player #21 on left breast and on back. Embroidered Cubs patch appears on left sleeve and a "C" stitched on the opposite sleeve denotes Sosa's status as team captain. Sosa's name is stitched on back under MLB logo patch on back of collar. Majestic tagging is stitched on front tail with attached flag tag noting size "48". Strip tag in the collar reads "21 48 02". Sosa has signed the back in blue sharpie with an inscription that reads "Game Used 2002 Career HR 470 6/3/02". Signature rates 8-9 out of 10. Shirt exhibits moderate usage wear.
