Description: Brooklyn Dodgers professional model hat attributed to Pee Wee Reese. Classic royal blue Dodgers hat retains its original script "B" on the front. Interior leather band has Tim McAuliffe Inc. mfg. tagging and size stamping of 7 1/4. The hat shows heavy use inclusive of appropriate buckling to the interior leather band. The bill of the hat has cracking to its interior lining and two tears to the surface materials. The original recipient was a neighbor of Reese's in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and was given the offered hat along with the jersey (see lot 580) and other materials. The hat has been in the possession of the original recipient until its current offering.
