Description: Rare 1938 Philadelphia Phillies mascot jersey. Notably scarce one year uniform style constructed in a heavy gauge mottled grey flannel displays the "Phillies" team name in gold and blue script lettering with the #28 on the reverse. Desirable oversized Phillies "Quaker" logo patch on the left sleeve remains intact. "Mascot" is chain stitched into the collar area with A.G. Spalding Bros. tag on the interior tail area.
