Description: Wade Boggs auto. professional model bat from 3,000 Hit Season. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 34 1/4" long and weighs 32.4oz. Bat shows heavy use incl. ball marks, rack marks, stitch impressions and a handle crack. Heavy application of pine tar appears on the upper and lower portion of handle. Model number B349 is stamped on the barrel along with Boggs' name in block letters and "Tampa Ray Devil Rays" team designation. Boggs' uniform number "12" is written in black marker on the knob end. The bat was used by Boggs in 1999 as a member of the Devil Rays in the season in which he garnered his 3,000th career hit. Boggs has signed the barrel with his added notation "Game Used 3,000 Hit Season" in blue sharpie.
