Description: 1930 Dizzy Dean autographed typewritten letter. Typewritten letter dated September 7, 1930 was sent to William Dewitt, who, at the time, was serving as Treasurer for the St. Louis Cardinals. Letter contains a request by Dean (through the team President) to authorize Dewitt to forward a $100.00 payment for a past due bill. Authorized and signed, "J.H. Dean" in black fountain pen at the bottom. Early signature style rates 8/9 out of 10. Notably rare rookie era Dean signed piece with uncommon full name signature.
