Description: Roberto Clemente professional model baseball bat c.1971-72. Adirondack model 302 bat measures 36" long and weighs 37.2oz. The bat shows evident use including stitching impressions, ball marks, and rack marks. Knob end is stamped 129X with period "21" written in black marker on both knob and barrel ends. Manufacturer's stampings remain in fine original condition with "R.Clemente" stamped on the barrel end. Additionally, the very end of the barrel has some light residue which appears to be from contact with pine tar. Very fine example originated directly from a Montreal Expos team employee and is being offered for the first time publicly. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions: EXEstimated Price Range: ($7,500-$10,000)
