Description: Roberto Clemente professional model baseball bat c.1962. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 36" long and weighs 33.1oz. The bat shows very fine indicative use including ball marks, stitching impressions, cleat marks, numerous green bat rack marks, and a handle crack which has been professionally repaired. Model U1 is stamped on the knob end along with a period "21" written in marker. Manufacturer's stampings and facsimile signature branding display beautifully with uncommonly bold presentation. With regard to display qualities and usage characteristics the offered Clemente bat is considered among the finer examples that we have handled.
