Description: Rogers Hornsby store model baseball glove in its original box c.1930s. Rare Wilson model 648L fielder's glove features a facsimile signature of Hornsby at the bottom on the interior heel. The glove retains its original mfg. stampings and exhibits light general usage wear. Hinged lid glove box presents in very fine original condition with some typical moderate wear to a few of the corners joints and surface areas. The exterior includes a colorful design including an illustration of Hornsby on the lid.
