Description: Honus Wagner 1913 handwritten postcard from Wagner's estate. Honus Wagner sent this postcard from Cleveland to his future wife, Bessie Smith, in 1913 while on a road trip with the Pirates. The front pictures a steamship entering a harbor. On the reverse he writes, "Oct 6-13 10p.m. Hello Budy (nickname). Just a line. About 4 hours away. I suppose you are enjoying this fine Fall wheather [sic]. So am I. How are the folks? Hope they are O.K." He has signed it "Jay". It is written and addressed entirely in Wagner's hand. This postcard originates from the Honus Wagner estate and is accompanied by a copy of a letter of provenance from Wagner's granddaughter. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA. Includes LOAs from PSA/DNA and JSA: VG-EX
