Description: 1932 Philadelphia Athletics/Chicago White Sox multi-signed baseball incl. Jimmie Foxx. Toned and soiled Harridge AL ball features (7) signatures including Philadelphia A's players Jimmie Foxx, Bing Miller, George Earnshaw and Jack Hayes. Also appearing on the ball are signatures from Chicago White Sox players Ralph "Red" Kress (sharing the sweet spot with Jimmie Foxx), Sam Jones and Jimmie Dykes. A period date notation "Aug. 7, 1932" is written on the ball, a day in which the Athletics hosted the White Sox for a doubleheader at Shibe Park in Philadelphia. The date notation, combination of signatures, and characteristics of the ball itself strongly suggest this ball was used in one of the two games. Signatures rate 7-8 out of 10 minimally.
