It capped a run of historic calls Jackson made of iconic Yankees' moments which included the Chris Chambliss 1976 ALCS walk-off home run and Reggie Jackson's (3) home run performance in Game (6) of the 1977 World Series. Neatly filled out in pencil, with noteworthy attention to detail, on both sides reflecting the events of the day including the 7th inning home run and Mike Torrez is noted at as "LP" (losing pitcher). Signed by Keith Jackson (who added "10/2/78" and circled his home run notation) and Dent in ink rating 8 to 9 out of 10. Light handling wear with vertical fold down the center.
