Champion size 48 white road jersey with "GEORGE" nameplate sewn across the back, along with #11 on the front, back, and sleeves. NFL shield patch has been removed from the collar, while Champion tag remains intact on the front tail. George signed the jersey in black marker. Signature rates 7/8 out of 10.
