Description: Vintage Philadelphia Eagles equipment trunk c. 1940-60s. Large lidded steamer style equipment trunk as used by the Philadelphia Eagles to house various player equipment items. Several layers of period green paint are evident with "Philadelphia Eagles" white painted titling on the lid. Additional painted titling remains partially visible including "Game Pants". Front of the trunk displays an Eagles decal with 1948 stylized logo and hand notated "25" which may have some relation to a particular player. Expected wear throughout to include areas of flaking to the paint, dryness to the leather handles/appointments, and overall surface wear. 23" deep, 26" tall, and 41" long.
