Description: 1980 Jim Kaat autographed "game worn" New York Yankees professional model home jersey (Munson armband). Pinstriped jersey has the famed "NY" logo on front and number "36" appears on the back. "Kaat 80 2" embroidered strip tag in the collar denotes player, year, and set number. Wilson tag on the front tail notes size (46). Black armband on the left sleeve is original to the jersey and was worn in honor of the passing of Thurman Munson in 1979. Signed "Jim Kaat" and inscribed "1980 game worn HOF 2022" in marker rating 8 out of 10. Nice use and wash wear are evident throughout. Included for display are a pair of Yankees pants (tagged from 2003 and presumably issued to Kaat for an Old-Timers event) with belt. Kaat's playing days in New York were short lived but he would later go to become a well known broadcaster for the Yankees.
