Description: 1982 Jim Kaat autographed St. Louis Cardinals "World Series game worn" inscribed hat with hometown resolution. Classic style done in Cardinals red has a white and blue embroidered "STL" team logo on front. "New Era…Pro Model" tag is on the interior band along with size (7 1/8") and MLB logo flag tags. Number "36" is written under the brim in vintage faded marker. Signed "Jim Kaat 1982 World Series Game Worn" on the outside in marker rating 8 out of 10. Strong use is evident throughout. Kaat made (4) relief appearances for the Cardinals in the 1982 World Series helping them to the first and only World Series Championship of his Hall of Fame career. Includes Zeeland, MI "Resolution" (dated November 19, 1982) honoring Kaat for his accomplishments including winning the World Series, LOA from Hunt Auctions, auction LOA from JSA, and signed letter of provenance from Jim Kaat: EXEstimated Price Range: ($500-$1,000)
