Description: August 22, 2016 Paul Goldschmidt game used Arizona Diamondbacks jersey - Walk-off game winning home run (MLB Authentication). White jersey has "D Backs" team name across the front with number "44" below. Number also appears on back below the name "Goldschmidt." One sleeve has a logo patch and the other retains its' original "JOE" memorial patch worn in honor of Joe Garagiola. Majestic tag screened on the front tail notes size (5) and an additional on the inside tail notes year (2010). MLB Authentication hologram affixed (JB584435) which confirms use in the Diamondbacks vs. Braves game which was played in Arizona and won when Goldschmidt hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 9th inning. It was the 135th home run of his career and his 4th walk-off. Includes Photo-Match & Grading documentation noting a photomatch to the game and home run: EXEstimated Price Range: ($2,000-$4,000)
