Description: 1997 Alex Rodriguez autographed and "HR #22" inscribed professional model baseball bat (Arod signed COA - PSA/DNA GU 10). Louisville Slugger 125 model C271 bat with Rodriguez facsimile signature in the barrel measures 33.75" long and weighs 30.6oz. Uncracked with nice use including ball transfer and stitch marks to the hitting surface. Signed "Alex Rodriguez" and inscribed "HR #22 '97" in silver marker rating 8 out of 10. It was ARod's second full season in the Major Leagues and the offered represented the 63rd home run of his career overall. He would go on to hit (40) or more (8) times and by the time of his retirement in 2016 he had proven one of the great power hitters of the modern era. An outstanding early career example with player documented home run provenance.
