Description: Walter Johnson photograph c.1916 (PSA/DNA "Type I"). Choice sepia toned photograph (6.5"x8.5") offers a full length throwing pose of Johnson while with the Washington Senators. Handwritten notations on the back include the year "1916" which was the height of his Hall of Fame career and he would he would lead the American League in wins and strikeouts for the 5th consecutive season. Fine overall condition with a touch of light and some minor discoloration to lower right front corner. Authenticated and encapsulated by PSA: VGEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,250)
