June 14, 1951 dated legal sized document issued by Twentieth Century-Fox allowing for the use of Marilyn Monroe's name and likeness in promotion of Rayve Crème Shampoo. It has been signed "Marilyn Monroe" at bottom right in period ink rating 8 out of 10. Also signed by representatives of the film company and advertising agency. Monroe was then just embarking on her film career and would soon blossom into one of the most marketable celebrities of all-time. Moderate general wear includes wrinkles and some creasing along with a few minute edge tears and there are staple holes at top left. Includes full LOA from PSA/DNA: Sig.
