Description: Early bib front style jersey c.1870s-90s. Red wool jersey with bib style front having "Me" "BBC" in white lettering. Vestiges of its original manufacturer tag can be found at bottom front of shirt tail. This style of shirt was used for both baseball and firemen making for a great period display piece with special note to its "BBC" designation which could very likely be in reference to Base Ball Club. Front displays very well, but back and sleeves have large areas of fading to the red color: VG/EXEstimated Price Range: ($1,000-$3,000)
