Presentational sterling silver tray as given to Mays in recognition as having been named as National League Player of the Month for September 1958 in which he hit for a remarkable .434 batting average. Inscribed to Mays on the front from National League President Warren Giles. 14" diameter tall with typical light to moderate surface scratching and is stamped with sterling silver hallmarks on the back.
