Mahogany wooden plinth base displays a full-size gilt-painted Rawlings leather glove with “Major League All-Star Fielding Team” impressed black lettering. Figural brass baseball shaped finial affixed in front of diamond shaped wooden backsplash with brass facade having “Rawlings Gold Glove Award” inscribed on front. Brass placard displayed on front of base inscribed, “OF Willie Mays 7th Award 1963 The Sporting News National League All-Star Fielding Team”. 16” long presenting in outstanding overall condition with some scattered light surface wear.
