Description: Mickey Mantle Phillies Cigars and Rawlings baseball glove advertising display c.1964. Die-cut promotional piece done on heavy stock pictures Mickey Mantle at upper left beside his son, Mickey Jr. It was done to promote Phillies Cigars (and meant to be stood upright in the back of a point of sale display) and their "Mickey Mantle Baseball Special" which offered discounted pricing on a Mantle model Rawlings baseball glove or a free (with 20 cigar bands) photographic premium. The piece measures 13.25"x7" at extremes and remains in very strong condition with little mentionable wear aside from a touch of light natural toning.
