Description: Rare "Pitch To Mickey Mantle" game in original package c. 1960s. Rarely offered with this being perhaps the only example which we can recall handling. Heavy cardboard stock game board (15.5"x19.5") has "Pitch To Mickey Mantle" titling and a large image of him at bat below. There are (3) circular areas which are designed to be punched-out (they are perforated) and using the 3 wooden dowels and additional strip of cardboard which are included the backing could be made to stand upright. The pieces remain in what is most certainly the original plastic bag packaging however it has a few small openings/tears. There is (1) ball within and it is likely that a second has fallen out over the years (there are 2 holes with "featherweight ball" caption within the backing board indicating that each had held a ball at some point). Also included is an unused paper stock "score board" on what stats could be recorded. Light to mild age/storage related wear. Includes a custom 21.25"x17"x4" lucite display case (light wear to case) for display: Overall EXEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,250)
