Description: Lot of (4) Minnie Minoso presentational & award pieces related to Chicago. Includes heavy cast metal figural baseball with "Chicago Baseball Cancer Charities" logo on one side which is mounted atop wooden base with 1995 dated placard on front; Related 2012 dated wooden plaque from the same organization (12"x15") reading in part, "The Hallmark Award, Most Valuable Player...Minnie Minoso, In recognition of long and dedicated service to your community and the City of Chicago" with facsimile signature of Bill Pierce at the lower right; Lucite "Luminary Senior Award, 2004" (10.5" tall) from the "Chicago Senior Citizens Hall of Fame, to Minnie Minoso, Mr. White Sox...Richard M. Daley, Mayor"; and 2004 "City Club of Chicago...Chairman Award" with Minoso's name engraved, and a large figural glass bird sitting atop the lucite base (approx. 12" tall) with bird having broken off and been reglued in place (some resulting residue) and some other wear/flaws.
