Description: Collection of (39) 1928-1970 New York Yankees scorecards - a near complete run including several more interesting scored games (GD-EX/MT with 1 or 2 lesser) Very nice collection includes an example scorecard for each season from 1928 to 1970 missing only 1931, 1933, 1960, and 1969. Nearly all are in very presentable condition and in most cases those which are "lesser grade" have flaws which warrant the stated level but would not have overwhelming effect on display value. Includes 1928 scored vs. Philadelphia (EX); 1929 scored vs. Philadelphia (EX-EX/MT); 1930 scored vs. Cleveland with for game in which Ruth hit (2) homeruns (EX-EX/MT); 1932 scored vs. Indians (EX); 1934 scored vs. Detroit (EX-EX/MT); 1935 unscored vs. Red Sox, ticket stub found inside is presumably from this game (EX/MT); 1936 partially scored vs. St. Louis (newspaper article printout found with this scorecard indicates that DiMaggio hit a homerun in the game, this would have been the 23rd of his Rookie season) (EX-EX/MT); 1937 unscored vs. St. Louis (EX); 1938 vs. Washington, unscored with period notations on scorecard pages.
