Description: 1972 Dennis Eckersley handwritten questionnaire. Legal sized questionnaire has DEC 20 1972 date stamped at upper corner. Eckersley signed his full name "Dennis Lee Eckersley" at the top, and added handwritten answers to a number of personal and baseball related questions. Most notably, he writes that his greatest thrill was pitching a shutout in his first professional game. All written in ink rating 8 to 9/10 out of 10. Faint fold lines and a touch of light wear.
