Description: Rare 2005 Pedro Lopez Chicago White Sox World Series Championship ring. The 2005 Chicago White Sox captured the hearts of the South Side faithful with a combination of talented and gritty players. The team ended the season with an American League best record of 99-63 en route to a convincing sweep of the Houston Astros in the World Series. The title was the first for the club since the 1917 season ending a drought of nearly 90 years. Tastefully executed ring with a diamond appointed -Sox+ team logo displayed on upper black stone background encircled by a total of (58) additional diamonds in two rows. On one shank, in relief, is the text -World Champions 2005+ with the -11-1+ postseason record noted below. Opposite has the player name -Lopez+ along with regular season -99-63+ team record, MLB logo, and player number -62.+ The ring is size (9.5-10) with no mentionable wear and is marked -Jostens 14K+ on the interior band. Included original box is one of the more substantive of its+ type with inset team logo on top, Millennium trophy on front, and a -Pedro Lopez+ nameplate affixed.
